Tim Trautmann is an Associate at Arch Street Capital Advisors, based in the London office. Mr. Trautmann focuses on underwriting and executing investments, and ongoing asset management of those investments.
Prior to Arch Street, Mr. Trautmann was an Analyst at Capreon, a pan-European real estate private equity firm based in London. While at Capreon, Mr. Trautmann was responsible for the underwriting, analysis and execution of office and life sciences investments across the UK and Europe. Prior to Capreon, Mr. Trautmann was an Associate at Mellum Capital (formerly Brookfield Financial) in London. Mr. Trautmann started his career as an Investment Analyst at a Munich-based real estate development firm.
Mr. Trautmann holds a B.S. in Business Management from Cass Business School and a M.S. in Management & Strategy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
