Samuel Tedawes is the Chief Financial Officer of Arch Street Capital Advisors, where he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial strategy, operations, reporting, and compliance functions.
Mr. Tedawes has over 22 years of experience in real estate, investment management, and operations, and brings a deep understanding of financial systems, regulatory frameworks, and institutional best practices to support the firm’s continued growth and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Arch Street, Mr. Tedawes served as CFO at LC Lemle Real Estate Group, a New York-based family office with a substantial portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use real estate assets. There, he led the firm’s financial operations, treasury management, tax strategy, and internal controls, while managing a team responsible for accounting, HR, IT, and compliance across over 500 residential and commercial tenants.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Tedawes was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Land & Buildings Investment Management, a Registered Investment Advisor, where he managed all non-investment functions including fund accounting, portfolio operations, regulatory compliance, and investor reporting. He has also held senior roles at Deltec Asset Management, Elm Ridge Capital Management, Moon Capital, and Zephyr Management, focusing on fund administration, financial reporting, and systems implementation. He began his career in the Alternative Asset Management group at Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Tedawes is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with a minor in Finance, from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
